These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.dubailooka.com and related services (the "Services"), operated by Dulooka online seller, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates ("DuLooka", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms are drafted in accordance with applicable UAE laws, including but not limited to:

  • UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection;

  • UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data;

  • UAE Civil Transactions Law;

  • Applicable Dubai economic and e-commerce regulations.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

2. Products and Services

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, variations in color or appearance may occur due to device or display settings.

All products and Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase. An order is deemed accepted only once payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

Returns and exchanges are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are stated in the applicable currency and are exclusive of VAT, delivery, customs, or other charges unless stated otherwise.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order value. All payments are processed via regulated third-party payment service providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Risk and title pass to you upon handover of the products to the courier, subject to mandatory consumer rights under UAE law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Services, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to DuLooka and protected under UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the Services.

7. Third-Party Services and Shopify

Our Services are hosted on Shopify. While Shopify provides the technical platform, all sales contracts are concluded solely between you and DuLooka.

Dubai Looka is not responsible for third-party tools, integrations, or external websites.

8. User Content and Feedback

By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant DubaiLooka a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for business and promotional purposes.

You warrant that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights or UAE laws.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, including violation of UAE laws, infringement of intellectual property, fraud, or dissemination of harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law. Subject to this, Dubai Looka shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DubaiLooka against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms. Obligations accrued prior to termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
