1. Return Period
We offer a 12-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 12 days from the date you receive your item.
2. Eligibility for Returns

6. Refunds

Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.

For orders shipped outside the UAE, return handling and timelines may vary depending on logistics providers and destination country regulations.
9. European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation and return right from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above. This EU-specific right applies only where legally required and does not affect UAE-based consumer rights.
